POSITION:        Nursing Supervisor

DEPARTMENT:  Parkhouse Providence Pointe, Royersford

SALARY:            $65,954 – $70,502, depending on relevant experience

QUALIFICATIONS:   Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.  Must hold current R.N. license in PA.  Long term care experience and nursing management experience preferred.

JOB DUTIES:              

• Oversee resident care
• Enforce compliance with all regulatory agencies
• Promote/enforce facility rules/policies
• Ensure that care of the residents is expedited in an efficient and compassionate manner
• Ensure that all employees are treated in a fair and impartial manner, resolving conflicts quickly and professionally
• Act as a clinical resource to staff, make rounds, assess resident care, provide follow up for issues and concerns presented by Nursing Administration as directed

HOURS:        11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.  Will receive applicable shift differential.
